Sometimes we get stuck on a goal or task. Maybe you are decluttering and feel like your not making enough progress. Maybe you are trying to be more mindful about daily activities. Or maybe you are feeling like you’re stuck in a rut. Whatever it is, sometimes we need a reboot to get us going.

I often find the need to remind myself of the simple things included in this 30 day list. The first one is an excellent place to start, especially if you are feeling stuck
Day 1: Remember You’re Not Perfect, You are Human – beautifully and imperfectly human. Grant yourself forgiveness for the mistakes you’ve made. Let them go.
There are many other great gems on this list too, like: Ask for help; Be grateful; and Purge One Room. Lots of great reminders here that are sure to get you back on track.
